Webinar Series

Everything we need for your webinar.

Your webinar is booked. Before we can build the registration page, the graphics and the promotion, we need a few things from you — a title, a company bio, your speakers and your logo. It takes about ten minutes, and it saves as you go.

Please send this back as early as you can. The whole promotion schedule works backwards from your webinar date, so the sooner we have the title, the more runway we have to fill the room.

1

Who this is for

So we can match this to the right booking and come back to you if anything needs a second look.

Start here — your company website Paste it in and we will write your webinar title and your company bio for you. It turns a twenty–minute job into about five.

Got it — look for the drafting buttons in sections 2 and 3.

We read your site and fill in as much of this form as we can. Everything stays editable.

We need the company name.

Please give us at least one ticker.

Please tell us the commodity — it sets the colour coding on every graphic.

Red Cloud confirms the final date — this puts a real date on your graphics straight away.

Eastern time — the Pacific time is worked out for you.

Please tell us who you are.

We need an email address we can reply to.

2

Your webinar title

This goes on the registration page, the invite graphics, the email blast and the replay. Aim for something an investor would click — the story, not just the company name.

Around six to twelve words works best. Lead with what is happening, not with who you are.

Please give us a title for the webinar.

Drafted from your website, or from your bio if you have written it.

3

Company bio

One paragraph. It appears on the registration page and in the promotional emails, so write it for an investor who has never heard of you.

One paragraph, roughly 80 to 150 words. Who you are, where your projects are, the commodity, and what is happening next.

0 words

Please give us a one–paragraph company bio.

Add your website in section 1 and we will write a first draft.
Pick one, then edit it above

4

Speakers

Whoever is presenting on the day. We send the presenter login straight to them, so the email address needs to be the one they will actually be at.

Up to three. More than one appear side by side on the graphics, each with their own name and role.

Speaker 1

Add a headshot

Goes on the YouTube replay thumbnail for this speaker. We cut the background out automatically, so any normal photo works — head and shoulders, face clearly visible. PNG or JPG, up to 8 MB.

Photo added — we will cut the background out for you.

Speaker 2

Add a headshot

Same as above — head and shoulders, face clearly visible. PNG or JPG, up to 8 MB.

Photo added — we will cut the background out for you.

Speaker 3

Add a headshot

Same as above — head and shoulders, face clearly visible. PNG or JPG, up to 8 MB.

Photo added — we will cut the background out for you.

Please give us at least one speaker with a name and an email address.

5

Logo and brand assets

We build the registration page, five graphic templates and the email artwork from these. The better the source files, the better everything looks — a logo pulled off a website never scales cleanly.

Vector if you have it (SVG, EPS, AI or PDF). Otherwise the largest PNG you can find, ideally on a transparent background. If you have a light version for dark backgrounds, add that too.

Please add a logo — we cannot build the graphics without one.

Speaker headshots, project or core photography, a brand guide, your colour codes, a corporate deck. Anything you would rather we used than found ourselves.

If your files are too big for this form, drop a Dropbox, Drive, WeTransfer or brand-portal link here instead.

Last few things

Who else should be on the emails, and anything we should know before the day.

Anyone at the company who should receive the calendar invites and the replay. One per line, or comma separated.

A short call with our producer to check camera, microphone and screen sharing before the day.

Please let us know whether you would like a technical test.

Local preview. This page is being served from a plain file server, so pressing send has nothing to submit to — you will get an error. Everything else works. Submissions start working the moment the site is deployed to Netlify.

Nothing is sent to us until you press the button. Your answers are held only in this tab so a refresh will not lose them — close it and the form starts clean, which is how we keep one client’s answers away from the next.

Got it — thank you.

Your details and files are with the Red Cloud media team. We will build the registration page from this and come back to you if anything needs a second look.
